We took a field trip to the school garden to observe diversity. We found a caterpillar! We named it Cate Pillar. After researching how to care for a caterpillar, we made it a home. We hope Cate Pillar molts, pupates, and emerges a beautiful moth or butterfly after a few weeks.

The picture is of the bushes near which we found Cate Pillar. We will experiment to see if this is Cate Pillar's natural habitat. If Cate Pillar eats the leaves of this plant, then we were right. We will find out in a few days.
